DownloadAndrew is an entrepreneur and process chemist with more than 25 years as a business founder, executive and visionary leader of a complex chemistry manufacturing organization with a multi-site, 90,000 sq ft state-of-the art chemistry R&D and manufacturing facility. He received his BA in Chemistry and Biochemistry from LaSalle University and a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Florida.
Prior to founding First State Hydrogen, Andrew co-founded Adesis in 2005, which sold to Universal Display Corporation in 2016 (Nasdaq: OLED) where he continued to lead Adesis growth for the next decade. Andrew’s unique combination of entrepreneurship, business and manufacturing experience positions Aternium for success.

Dora is a business development, sales and marketing professional with over 18 years working in new product development & commercialization in specialty chemicals for the aviation industry. A passionate believer in innovation, in 2017 Dora turned her attention to economic development and ecosystem building, working as the Director of Economic Development & Incubation with the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce, and the Executive Director of the Delaware Sustainable Chemistry Alliance, leading her to be named one of Delaware's "People to Watch" in 2019.
In 2022, she spearheaded the successful Mid-Atlantic Clean Hydrogen Hub (MACH2) funding proposal leading to a $750MM award for the development of a clean hydrogen hub encompassing Delaware, SE Pennsylvania and Southern NJ.
